Orders

• Orders must be submitted via the Kaggelkakkies WhatsForm. ( Form).

• If you wish to order more than one product, the WhatsForm must be completed separately for each item.

• Once your form is received, an invoice will be issued confirming your order and the total amount payable.

Payments

• Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.

• The invoice will include the total amount, including courier costs where applicable.

• KaggelkakkiesZA does not reserve items without payment.

Delivery

• Deliveries are available within South Africa only.

• Delivery will be arranged after payment is received using reputable courier services.

• Courier costs will be calculated and added to the invoice after the WhatsForm has been received.

• Deliveries are made to physical residential addresses only, including street numbers and apartment/unit numbers where applicable.

• KaggelkakkiesZA cannot be held responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Timeframes
• Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and delivery destination.
• Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to possible courier or logistical delays.

Product Variations
• KaggelkakkiesZA products are handmade and individually prepared.
• Slight variations in colour, appearance, or finishing from the product pictures may occur and are considered normal.

Collection / Pick-Up
• Orders may be collected from KaggelkakkiesZA in Strand, Western Cape.
• The full collection address will be provided on the invoice.
• Collection must be arranged in advance.

Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted for valid reasons such as:
o Incorrect product received
o Other exceptional circumstances
• The product must first be returned to KaggelkakkiesZA.
• Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
• KaggelkakkiesZA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

Care Instructions & Liability for Incorrect Use

• Our products are handcrafted from natural wood and should be handled with care. As wood is a natural material, moisture, heat, or rough handling may cause damage. KaggelkakkiesZA cannot accept liability for damage resulting from incorrect use or environmental conditions beyond our control.

Privacy

• Customer information provided for orders will only be used for order processing, delivery, and communication.

• Information may be shared with courier companies where necessary for delivery.

• KaggelkakkiesZA respects customer privacy and aims to comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Force Majeure
• KaggelkakkiesZA will not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

General
• KaggelkakkiesZA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
